2023 CX Week
Website
CX Week 2023, "Living the Experience," is a registration and information site built for Daimler Truck North America to support their annual customer-experience initiative. The site gave employees across five DTNA office locations, including Detroit, Fort Mill, Portland, Fort Worth, and TBB, the details they needed to register for field visits to customers and dealers, along with logistics, FAQs, and location-specific information for the event.
Summary
As the developer on this project, I took the Figma designs from our team and built them into a fast, responsive Next.js application. The site needed to clearly communicate registration deadlines, location details, and day-of logistics for hundreds of employees across multiple offices, so information architecture and clarity were priorities alongside visual polish. The project shipped on time for the event's registration window and gave the DTNA team a reliable tool for coordinating a multi-city event.
Solution
I built the site using Next.js for the frontend and integrated Sanity.io as the CMS, giving the internal meeting planner full control to update dates, locations, and FAQ content without needing a developer. The site was hosted on Netlify, which supported quick deploys and reliable uptime through the registration period. This combination let the team manage last-minute changes, such as registration deadlines or new location details, on their own, while the underlying build stayed fast and stable for all users registering across the five participating offices.
